Overview Duration: 5 months Client: Fidelity Investments (Parsons School of Design Capstone) Tools: Figma, Miro, Adobe Role: UX Research & Product Designer Project Fidelity Continuum is a conceptual multigenerational wealth platform developed in collaboration with Fidelity Investments to help families improve financial literacy, encourage financial transparency, and navigate the upcoming generational transfer of wealth. The platform combines financial education, shared goal planning, and collaborative wealth management into a unified digital experience. The Challenge Fidelity has built strong relationships with current account holders, but engagement with younger generations often begins too late, increasing the likelihood that inherited assets leave the platform. Over the coming decades, an estimated $1.24 trillion in wealth is expected to transfer between generations. However, many families lack the tools to facilitate financial conversations, prepare younger generations to manage inherited assets, and plan collaboratively. Existing financial platforms primarily serve individual account holders, creating an opportunity to design a more connected, family-centered wealth management experience.
