Overview Duration: 6 Months Client: Blossom Together (Student-Led Nonprofit) Team: Individual Project Role: UX Research, UX/UI Design & Framer Development Project Blossom Together is a student-led nonprofit organization with 20+ university chapters dedicated to providing humanitarian aid through initiatives such as cataract surgeries, water wells, food packages, and global service expeditions. As the organization expanded, its website no longer reflected the scale of its impact or effectively connected students, donors, and volunteers with its mission. I led the end-to-end redesign of the website, creating a more engaging digital experience that strengthened storytelling, improved navigation, and increased community participation. The Challenge As Blossom Together continued to grow across university campuses, its website became increasingly difficult to navigate and heavily focused on donations, making it challenging for users to discover the organization's broader impact and opportunities to get involved. Students struggled to explore chapters, expeditions, and volunteer opportunities, while donors lacked a clear understanding of how their contributions created real-world impact. The organization needed a modern, community-centered platform that better communicated its mission and supported continued growth.
